Tim decided to take his unique skill set, together with his determination, to the residential real estate business in 2003 and joined Prudential Sussex Realty in West Vancouver. The results have been extraordinary – Rookie of the Year; Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Top First Year Gross Volume (British Columbia); Prudential Sussex Realty 5th Overall (250 agents) and over $55,000,000 in gross sales for 2007.
Tim was born and raised on the North Shore with his roots, and those of his wife Shannon, deep in the West Vancouver community.
