Tim started with Xerox Canada and quickly became a national sales account rep. Tim achieved rookie of the year and sales rep of the year for British Columbia.
Recruited by Colliers International he specialized in downtown office leasing, and was rookie of the year for Canada.
He listed over 15 downtown core office buildings and representing some of Vancouver’s largest tenants over a 15 year period.
Tim developed and sold residential for 12 years
during the residential boom, achieving top revenue rookie Medallion
Club for British Columbia Real-Estate Board.
During his
residential time he built 6 homes.
Tim's
passions were for office leasing and the business side of real estate
were the driving forces for his return to commercial real-estate
Industry.
His knowledge of the industry made JLL the obvious choice
